I consider the relationship between Slonks and $SLOP to be stable.
I do not plan on making any further changes to the core mechanics connecting Slonks and $SLOP.
If I ever believe a change is needed, I’ll put together an official improvement proposal, explain the reasoning clearly, and give the community time to review it before anything changes.

I’m considering replacing the current revival mechanic with something much simpler. When a Slonk enters the void, it would still create $SLOP based on how much slop it has. The change would be how Slonks come back out. Instead of a random revival where the Slonk’s level resets and its metadata changes, each Slonk in the void would be individually buyable for the same amount of $SLOP it created when it entered. So if a Slonk goes in for 142 $SLOP, it can come back out for 142 $SLOP. That $SLOP gets burned. The void becomes zero-sum: Slonks enter for their SLOP value, and leave for that same SLOP value.

整个slop想要上涨还得搞点不一样的，不止是个老虎机和合作项目来吸引用户参与。可以把 Slop Machines 做成完整 on-chain 游戏 arcade，可以加 Slonk Battle、Slop Breeding，AI 融合生成新 embedding、或多人协作“集体 slop 艺术创作”游戏。持有者互动带动身边用户。本身nft就是一个很好的社交渠道！
所有游戏奖励都来自 prize vault + $SLOP 消耗，形成正向循环。甚至可以开放社区提交游戏提案，用 $SLOP 治理投票。
优化 tokenomics 让 deflation 更可持续：当前 Dutch Auction 已能 burn $SLOP，建议再加 staking 池（锁 $SLOP 赚额外 NFT 或 boost slop 值）、LP 费率自动 buyback + void、以及“slop 税”（高 slop NFT 交易时额外 burn）。
如果@MichaelHirsch真的打算长期做下去，可以做做跨生态扩展：用 Uniswap v4 hook 优势，进一步开发跨链 bridge，把 Slonks 带到 Base 或 Solana，或做 RWA 联动，把高 slop Slonk 做成 AI 艺术 NFT 版权凭证。甚至可以把 prize vault 里的 NFT 开放给其他项目做 collateral。
社区治理 + 长期 builder 定位：让 $SLOP 持有人真正 DAO 决策新游戏、参数调整、prize vault 内容。开发者可以公开 roadmap，把“Slonks 会自己消失”这个反直觉概念包装成“动态进化”，吸引长期主义玩家，而不是短期 flipper。
时间会很长，还是需要一起建设！不断创新才能让 $slop慢慢的变成一个hook上的热点星星！

Right now, when a Slonk is pulled from the void, its level resets to 0 and its metadata changes.
That has created an issue where a Slonk can be listed before OpenSea has refreshed the metadata, and someone can buy it right before it changes.
To fix this, I’m going to move the metadata update earlier in the process.
Once the update is live, a Slonk’s metadata will change as soon as it enters the void. Slonks will also need to stay in the void for at least 3 hours before they can be pulled back out.
This should give OpenSea plenty of time to refresh the metadata before a Slonk exits the void, making the process much clearer and safer for everyone.

So the crazy thing is the slonk featured in beeple’s everyday today got burned in a merge just 10 minutes after so this one is lost forever.

How about you use some off your personal fees (1%) you made from slonks
And put in bored apes and pudgys and take 100 slops per spin
So more slops get burned
And make it very rare configure the slop machine to let so one win a bored ape after 20-40k slop burned
Or same with pudgy every 10-20k slop burned
This will raise the price of slop extremely quick
And maybe later on add cryptopunks
