I caught a young boy staring at me in the strangest way. I stopped to think and realized I had been talking to myself and moving my fingers around him for a while. Then it dawned on me… those adults weren’t mad 😩 They were planning a book launch! 🤦🏾‍♀️

I don’t want a life where I work every single day without any break or moment to pause. I genuinely can’t imagine doing life like that forever. Sometimes, I envy people who just live without constantly trying to be or do more. People who are content with just existing, no pressure. But I am not like that. I want more. I want so much. I want to work, I want to grow, I want to be a lot. This life has given me so much, and it has taken just as much. And no matter how tired I am, I always show up. I just pray it gets easier. I pray to get ease. I pray to find myself in spaces that I actually deserve to be in, not places where I have to hustle and struggle for every single thing.
