@MartinSLewis I Returned a £1 scratchcard to poundland. Part of a batch. Was already partly scratched off. Poundland didn't want to refund/replace and said I'd need to go to the supplier. I did and got a replacement from source. Took well over a month to resolve. Worth it for principle.
