You can’t take a red cap, style it in a Yoruba Fìlà form, and still call it an Igbo red cap. In the same way, you can’t style Ichafu in a Yoruba Gele form and still call it Ichafu. That’s not originality, it’s mislabeling. And mislabeling is how cultural identity gets blurred.
