I smell like actively boiling diarrhea

I can never get over the smiling friends' bald wizard dialogue because i've had the EXACT same conversation with my balding friend before, the same arguments, everything, it was the most relatable character interaction i've ever seen

instead, every single chatbot service completely shit the bed to the point of being unusable, and while a few indie games played around with the idea of writing your own dialogue to progress in a game with ai, the idea never took off and instead its now just tech to spam slop

Some years ago I was actually somewhat excited about the improvement of AI tech because I thought it meant that chatbot/text-adventure bots would improve, and that there might be some games that would implement more dynamic dialogue and npc behaviour-
