And now I’m actively in an episode that could have been avoided if she had started me on meds 3 weeks ago. This is ending really badly for me.

Btw this isn’t my first time on meds. I stopped a year(maybe 2) ago and I told her that I don’t believe in therapy and it doesn’t work on me. I also told her that I don’t want meds either but I’m at the end of my fucking road, So I’m willing to try again. This was a few weeks ago

ive never mentioned this before but i have a condition that causes pain in my ears and them always being more or less locked. it isnt usually an issue, i can live a regular life most of the time-- 1/4

If my doctor guessed right, its an anatomical issue with the way my ear canals are shaped, and theres not fixing that or alleviating the pain🫠. its really frustrating to have that kind of persistent pain in your ears and know youll never be rid of it😔. 3/4
