Good Luck, Christian🩷 Today we say a heartfelt goodbye to our Head Coach, Christian Lawrence, as he moves on to an exciting new chapter in his coaching journey👏🏼 Christian has been with us from the very beginning of the programme in 2018, playing a crucial role in helping shape what Procision Oxford has become today. From day one, he has been a driving force in the improvement and development of our players, our teams, and our coaching standards. His influence is deeply embedded in the foundations of our academy⚽️ After a short stint away in 2023, Christian returned and once again made an immediate and positive impact. His professionalism, passion, and ability to inspire those around him have been evident throughout his second spell with us, reminding everyone why he has been such a valuable part of our journey🫡 His contribution goes far beyond results; Christian has helped us build a culture of hard work, togetherness, and ambition that will continue to shape the academy long into the future. We are incredibly grateful for everything he has done for our players, our staff, and the wider programme👏🏼 Although we are sad to see him go, we are equally excited for what lies ahead for him. Christian is undoubtedly a great coach and an even better person, and we have no doubt he will thrive in the next step of his career as he continues to impact people’s lives🤩 Thank you, Chris, for everything.
