This week I was in London doing a buffet and cooking demos at Seahawk Marine showcasing Royal Greenland Seafood Produce 🦐 For the Buffet we had Snow Crab Boil 🦀, Lobster Rolls 🦞 & Prawn Bruschettas 🦐. And for the demo I Made Halibut Croquettes and Pan Roasted Cod 🐟.
