Cooking with pounding and grinding in asanka changed the taste of my food. I noticed that the flavors were more packed than when I blended. Blending diluted the taste just a little bit

Yes there is , Beans cooked in stock first The beans absorb flavor from the inside out while cooking You get deeper, more infused taste (especially if the stock is rich The beans tend to be softer and more seasoned internally. The other one the stew is what's seasoned. So you can pick any of the options you want

Is there a significant difference between putting the beans in the stock before pouring into the stew mix vrs beans in stew mix and then stock at the end like usual?
