Japanese chef Sakai Fumiko is coming to #chefsstage for the second time from Italy, where she came 15 years ago. Sakai is currently chef in Il Bikini restaurant in Napoli, where she fuses #italiancuisine with #oriental flavours. #eatlikealocal

On this year's Chefs' Stage we will again hang out with @VineshJohny, Indian top #pastrychef and co-founder and Executive Pastry Chef of @LavonneAcademy of Baking Science & Pastry Arts, Bangalore - India’s first international baking academy.

Our next #chefsstage talent is French chef with Colombian origins, Santiago Torrijos, who started his career at Robuchon, Westminster, Bristol, Plaza Athénée and then Guy Martin which he left to open his own restaurant, Atelier Rodier, which is also a member of JRE association.

Italian chef Angelo has a particular passion for Puglian kitchen, international techniques and modern presentation. In 2011, Angelo opened Ristorante Angelo Sabatelli with his wife Laura, and in 2013, the pair gained their first #michelinstar. #chefsstagetalents #eatlikealocal

Chef Brad Kilgore won the hearts of visitors from around the world with Alter restaurant in Miami and his delectable 'Soft Egg'. Beside Alter, Brad introduced Kaido, a Japanese-inspired cocktail #lounge, as well as Ember, his take on the American Bistro. #chefsstage
