Looking at the summer the main priority is sorting that midfield out - It's too slow and lacks any creativity If you sort the midfield out then the strikers will be supported properly and score goals, Joe Taylor is a perfect example of that since going to Wigan #htafc

Joe Taylor is an interesting one. I’m not sure he’d have scored as many goals if he stayed. For example, a lot of his goals for Wigan have been counter attacking goals. Exploiting lots of space left by defenders etc. Town don’t get that luxury, teams park the bus. #htafc

@ImJustLooking58 Re- read my post. I’m not criticising. It’s a compliment. You’ve got a clear style/philosophy, have recruited for it and do it incredibly well. Town have flip flopped between managers, playing styles etc and wasted a ton of money in the process. Wishing Lincoln the best.

@chefsmith28 The Mighty Imps have been tarnished with the same brush since the John Beck days of the 90s. Direct, throw ins, hoof ball. 81 pts so far this season which is about the same as Birmingham last season who spent £30m+ on players to do this. You boys can't be far behind that spend?

You can’t keep Lincoln at bay for 90 mins. They are relentless. Not pleasing on the eye, but it’s bloody effective. Better from Town, probably lucky to drawn that. Got to try and build now. #htafc

@chefsmith28 I agree, Chris. Manning harbours some of the blame, of course, but if we’re honest, it’s no different to anything we’ve seen over the past couple of seasons and we’ve had three managers and an interim. There’s deeper rooted issues than the ever-changing managerial teams!

Manning stays, regardless how this season ends. He’s backed in the summer. Let him build his squad. He also stays regardless how next season goes. We can’t keep chopping & changing. I firmly believe the issues go way deeper than the manager, as we’ve been through so many #htafc

If Manning seriously thought we had a better chance of winning with Wales on the bench than May, then that’s a red flag for me. #htafc
