@bt_uk very poor customer service. Being cut off from all services by bt's own fault, to be then told its either nothing they can do or a new 18month contract. Then to have the phone cut off mid conversation. Extremely poor. #blackmail
@bt_uk No Dale still not..absolutely ridiculous. On the phone for 45 minutes earlier this morning and 'the computer crashed'....must be running off the bt wifi. Still awaiting a call which was promised. Not holding my breath with the way this whole situation has been handled. #poor
@bt_uk Im not even sure @bt_uk know what they are doing. Been thrown pillar to post and no-one seems to know. The compaint gets closed on the back of apparently someone calling me on monday and having a conversation with me. However noone called me. #completefarce!
