It's the timescale, stupid! That's the conclusion by 15 senior scientists on chemical risk during early life: onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.111…. The brain is highly vulnerable, and DNA can be affected so that adverse effects are passed on to later generations. It's indeed the time scale!
