The entire @inter_link team is currently focusing all resources on Version 5.0, one of the biggest updates we have ever released. This upgrade includes both the verification process and the private mainnet launch, and in the near future the first tokens on the InterLink Chain will begin to appear. Before that happens, I want to share a personal perspective. This is not an official announcement and does not represent @itl_fdn in any way, but it raises an important question: Who are you in the network, an Early Builder or just a Speculator? Most people are focused on the same things: how many tokens they will receive, what the price might be, and when they can buy or sell. But from the perspective of a builder, I see something very different. This is the first real moment when tokens enter the InterLink ecosystem and begin to be used across the network, activating the economic layer that will power everything built on top of it. These tokens are not just assets to trade. They will power real activities across the network, from payment points in real-world transactions, to dApps building new services, RWA trading infrastructure, AI layers and decentralized applications, and validator staking that helps secure the network. Over time, we may even see Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) strategies from institutions as the ecosystem grows. At the same time, the network will begin onboarding developers from around the world who will build applications and infrastructure on top of InterLink. This is the stage where an ecosystem truly starts to breathe and evolve. Personally, I’m very excited to see the first transactions happening on the network, and I will do everything I can to contribute to building it. Some people will use InterLink Token as a currency for exchange. Some will hold it as a long-term asset against inflation, while others will focus on building infrastructure, services, and applications for the network. Regardless of which role you choose, you are still contributing to the ecosystem in your own way. But the real question remains: Who are you in this network? An Early Builder, or just a Speculator? 👤Many friends have asked me if holding verified $ITLG is a good strategy. Actually, the Distributed $ITL and Staking mechanisms ratio work inversely proportional to the amount of verified $ITLG used. In the initial phase, the rate of receiving $ITL will be higher because fewer people are using verified $ITLG to interact with the system – this is influenced by the migration process following a priority queuing model. If users choose to hold verified $ITLG, it's possible that in later stages of the market, the rate of receiving $ITL will decrease as the number of accounts migrating increases over time and these accounts simultaneously interact with the system to receive $ITL. However, because the value of $ITL increases gradually over time, if users receive a large amount of $ITL in the early stages but sell it early, they will not receive as much value as users who interact with the system to receive $ITL in later stages (receiving a lower rate of $ITL but a higher value of $ITL). The most optimal strategy currently is to accumulate $ITL in the early stages at a good price when the OTC market opens and stake all Verified $ITLG to receive $ITL at the highest rate. This will ensure you receive the most $ITL and optimize the value of your accumulated $ITL over time. If you only hold Verified $ITLG in the early stages, you can secure your assets in later stages but will receive less $ITL – meaning your assets will grow less. It's crucial that we accumulate as much $ITL as possible before it becomes a national reserve asset in the next five years. When Interlink successfully lists on the NYSE this year, many liquidity flows from traditional financial institutions will access $ITL as a strategic asset-building product, and owning a long-term passive $ITL generation channel through staking will be extremely important in addition to accumulating $ITL in the early OTC phase at a good price. Market makers will do their job, treasury funds have their own accumulation plans, and investors have strategies for early accumulation, while users have the full power to determine the price of the $ITL asset at the opening OTC. Buyers always want to buy at a good price, and sellers always want to maximize profits. When the OTC market opens, there will be massive price competition between buyers and sellers, and the talented ones will always know how to maximize profits at market intersections. Are you excited? Based on the first halving that happened not long ago, we can understand that currently there are approximately over 30 billion $ITLG mined. Combined with the HCS mechanism, I think that no more than 10% will be migrated in the first distribution: approximately 3 billion Verified $ITLG. Based on the expected distribution amount of 100 billion $ITLG and 5 billion $ITL for the community (20:1). We can estimate that approximately 150 million $ITL will be allocated in the first surplus.
