Pals, it’s been a kerfuffle of a day. Dad left at 5am to go somewhere called KermitMoreside, so we was quite at sixes and sevens with our morning routine. Mum was so frazzled that she left the house in her slippers and didn’t notice until we arrived at the car park for work 😵‍💫 Then Dolly got a groom. Then nanny came and Harry got a groom (but before that, Nanny got lost on the way, so mum had to run 15 mins across town to find nanny in her car - mum had to run in her slippers). She got very hot, and her slippered feet were even hotter 🥵 Nanny was a bit pupset at getting lost. So we all had a cup of tea. Then, it woz also quite busy today in the shop, which was great, but mum got even more frazzled cause ours nanny is an older lady and needs looking after, Harry is an older dog and needed helps and me and Dolly, well we woz helping by biffing each other up a lot and running a general riot.

There are days that suck scissors. Like today. A longtime friend passed away this morning. And I’m devastated. Outspoken, passionate and fiercely loyal. She’d been winning her multi-year battle against cancer for years until another serious health issue required her body to mobilize its defenses against it just long enough for the cancer to rear its ugly head and sneak back in. The combination was too much for her to fight off this time. Just like my hubby did, she kept bouncing back from what should have been immediate death sentences over and over again. For years. And that’s what makes it so effing hard. My champion, my buddy, my amazing one of a kind gal-pal. Her voice is stilled. Her hubby’s a wreck. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. 💔

Hello friends, Millet man here. I'm sorry to tell you all that Gimli died overnight. She had had health problems for most of her life, and was nearly 7. I am quite upset, so forgive me if I don't post or answer for a few days. I will have to watch Mellow carefully now, as the two of them were inseparable. He knew she was motionless at the bottom of the cage, so I left her there for a while so he could understand - if a budgie can - what had happened. I will miss her breaking stuff and bossing everybody about .... she was the first of the gang, the matriarch, and heart of this little community, and It won't be the same making videos without her 😔 I don't know what to do regarding YouTube and X, as they are both Mellow and Gimli focused, so I will need to give it some thought. I thank God for you dear Gimli 🙏 You're with Billy now .... Goodbye 💙
