Camping outside the passport office in Sydney. Already 5 of us here by midnight. One more working day left to get my kid’s passport. Send luck please.

@barbiedutter I was there yesterday at 4am with 20 people in front of me, inside the bldg by 9am, spoke to a nice lady at 11am, she advised my son’s passport in queue for printing and push some buttons to have it done within the day….walk out of the bldg at 2pm with my son’s passport.

@colincosier I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy but I do think it's a good idea to get down to the passport office. The woman I spoke with today could see no record of any of my phone calls, and said no escalation had actually taken place prior to today. Wishing you luck!

@barbiedutter @colincosier I have also made numerous calls and was promised it will be escalated, went to passport office last week in queue for 7 hours and when it was my turn the lady in the counter said the same thing to me, no record of escalation and she will be escalating it and wait for email
