Still reeling from this horrific evidence from Prof John Edmunds at the Covid Inquiry yesterday. In refusing to lockdown in autumn 2020, Boris Johnson was responsible for up to 25,000 Covid deaths by ignoring the experts & evidence. It’s sickening 😔

This is absolutely disgraceful....someone is going to make a lot of money out of this and we are going to lose a lot...AND it closes out the option of HS2 at any point in the future...the wanton, determined damage.

Micromanagement has a terrible impact on psychological safety. Micromanaged teams always have low scores in assessments of psychological safety.
