Hace unas horas un K-Carat calculó la ruta aproximada desde Yongsan hasta Gyeryong, donde Hoshi está realizando su servicio militar, y determinó que el trayecto de ida y vuelta qué le tomó a SCOUPS para visitar a HOSHI y llevarlo a comer fue de al rededor de cuatro horas sin tráfico pero siendo honestos, probablemente fue más tiempo considerando lo pesado que suele ser el tránsito en Corea. Y creó que lo hizo que esto conmoviera tanto a muchas personas no fue solamente el hecho de que haya ido a verlo o llevarlo a comer, sino todo lo que representa viniendo de él. SCOUPS siempre ha tenido una forma muy constante de cuidar a los miembros. No necesariamente con grandes discursos o momentos exagerados, sino estando presente cuando importa. Y verlo hacer un viaje tan largo casi cruzando medía Corea solo para pasar un rato con HOSHI hace pensar en cuánto debe extrañarlos también durante esta etapa en la que varios están cumpliendo el servicio militar. incluso recordé aquella vez en la que, aun recuperándose de su cirugía de rodilla, tomó un vuelo hasta Japón para acompañar a los miembros en unas de sus giras. Y creo que ahí es donde realmente se entiende la clase de líder y persona que es. Porque al final no se trata solo de cumplir con un rol dentro del grupo. Se nota que realmente valora y ama el tiempo que pasa con sus chicod y que, sin importar lo cansado o complicado que pueda ser la situación, siempre intentará encontrar la manera de estar cerca de ellos aún si eso le hace tener que cruzar cielo, mar o tierra... él ya demostró que lo haría sin dudar porque los ama con todo su corazón y que daría todo por ellos. 😭✨🫂🩷🩵

260419 silent friend gv #VERNON #버논 about the members and their contract renewal 🐻‍❄️ a lot of things are different [from 12 years ago vs now], but the most memorable one for me is just seeing the unchanging sincerity they have in our work. we want to keep protecting this, and the members’ drive was a huge inspiration to me, too. 10 years. over 10 years, really. we recently spoke a lot regarding contract renewal as well, and that was so… ha… it wasn’t that easy, but we were gonna pull it off one way or another. and with the future constantly in mind - not just for this career but in our outlook on life - i feel like i’m learning a lot. but anyway, life goes on; and the members are people who make me think a lot about how i’ll continue living. as we undergo this process, i feel like i increasingly want to approach life itself with a bit more sincerity

vern 😭 👤 even as a trainee, you kept having to let yourself be known by being open. wasn’t it stressful? 🐻‍❄️ it was so stressful. the members were like “i’m svt leader scoups” and being the leader is so convenient cos you don’t have to decide on a modifier, just leader! the others were like “i’m the small dinosaur dino”, “i’m gaze of the tiger hoshi” i hate that kind of stuff. so i thought what should i do? i was like “i’m seventeen’s mixed race vernon” 👤 (laughs) i feel like the ceo wouldn’t have liked that! 🐻‍❄️ i got told off so much

🐻‍❄️ a member called the8 and i are preparing for a unit album 👤 does it bring out some of your personal style? 🐻‍❄️ it feels a bit like that for me 👤 how much have you worked on it? 🐻‍❄️ we have to write all the lyrics now 👤 people like lyrics that talk about youth. and what i’ve felt as we’ve talked today is, isn’t it burdensome for you to be revealing that? 🐻‍❄️ it is! 👤 you don’t have to though, and there are a lot of people who don’t 🐻‍❄️ it may be burdensome but if i don’t do that, i think it wouldn’t feel meaningful to me. so i try to do it with no regrets
