@kascarax_ this is backed up by nuverse (a larger company than colopale) making their own costume contest models for the korean server that are generally of a higher quality. they have more time and people so they look nicer

@kascarax_ (i assume) they started that way because they didn't have the people (virtual singer default costumes were delayed 3 years because they didn't have the human resources), and stayed that way because they still only have enough manpower to sustain the level they're at

Genuine question but why are pjsk's models so cheap ... I've seen non professional 3d artists have better quality stuff and pjsk is owned by a rich company so what makes them stick (hell what made them even start) with these models??

i have thoughts about how they prioritize that 3D team but that's a whole 'nother conversation 🌝

compared to other games in its genre project sekai has a HUGE amount of 3D assets. given the size of their 3D team (that is split between costumes and mysekai) i think the models are pretty good. we can't all be SIFAS

@vocajiiro i agree with the sentiment. but in reality meiko isn't as profitable as the others. i'm sure this is the way they justify making merch of her at all. so i've learned to just be happy when she gets the spotlight even if it's shared :,)

as cool as this is i don’t understand why kaito and meiko always have to share a big anniversary. i like both but it would be nice to see them get their own individual things
