@tuliepi Tbh..as someone who has been over weight, underweight, on weightloss medication, and lost weight without it.. you just have to stop eating.. I was on tirz for 2 months and only lost 4 lbs.. cals in, cals out. Also injecting filler into your cheeks helps with the look.

Why do I get to my lowest weight and then go back to my b/p cycle. I gained 3 lbs 💀
