thinking about how i used to eat a avocado toast almost daily when i didn't gaf about my weight. like a warm sourdough toast with sm butter, avocado covering the whole thing, salsa, and salt + pepper. it was sooo good but i bet it was like 500+ calories

@nallxii worst fear omg...i saw a booktok ad the other day where ppl were romanticizing a guy stopping in the middle of s to tell the girl to stop covering her stomach rolls & to let them be free but it lowk grossed me out bc it's such a big fear for me 😭

@nallxii LITERALLYY & they say to like add half of it but that's lit like at least 150 cals...they're high in fiber too but idk if i wanna use up my cals on that 😭😭

@cherrysdiaryyy avocados being high cal is such a crime because they're in so many "low cal" healthy meals

the only protein imo yogurt that is 20g of protein and doesn't taste bad is this one, it's 120cals but super filling

the thing with being skinny is that u can be any aesthetic u want to be, baddie, dainty, even like athletic sporty bc ur not overweight so u don't look like ur larping
