@sierralinaa Yes I do! In moderation though.
I started seeing results maybe 3 and a half months in
I do lift heavy :) But make sure you get your form right before ego lifting
Unfortunately people will judge someone no matter where you go. So allow them to but pay no mind. You’ll be fine!

@cherryyribbon do you still indulge in sweets and stuff though? and how long did it take for you to see results? do you lift heavy? im really afraid to start lol i feel like people will judge me at the gym

@sierralinaa No not at all :) I actually eat a lot but i prioritise protein, carbs, fats, etc. I did cut out a lot of unhealthy food and snacks which was difficult bc i have a crazy sweet tooth.

@sierralinaa I do abs 3x a week :) after some upper and lower days, I’ll follow a core workout by Meli on YouTube then spam leg raises, dead bugs, and decline crunches/cable crunches. I incline walk or stair master afterwards for at least 15 mins everyday. But tbh diet matters more
