i understand why food is such a social thing but i really wish it wasn't☹️ eating is, to me, like going to the bathroom or any other biological function .. yes you have to do it but you don't do it in front of other people !!!

i feel so guilty for not feeling guilty about eating sweets/junk like supposedly people w anorexia are scared of chocolate and will not eat it because they irrationally think it’ll make them fat. i have to STOP myself from eating all of it😭

lowkey i like when i get ed symptoms like tingling or my eyes going black when i stand up, it’s like confirmation that i’ve eaten less than i need and i can chill out and the weight loss will happen

why do I feel so sick while Im eating like either my heart rate picks up or my stomach and head hurt and I cant see properly, like Im just eating some yogurt w tea rn and it feels like my eyes are gonna pop out 😭😭

Daily affirmation: Chips will always exist, chocolate may become rarer but will still be sold, candy will never become extinct, fast food isn’t going anywhere. I don’t need to feed my food scarcity mindset, using my own body as a storage device for all these foods.
