Storytelling is an essential leadership skill. Stories help us make connections, build meaningful relationships with others & retain information. We're 7x more likely to remember a fact when it's wrapped in a story. I've been praying for a new accountability partner for a year and a half. The women I met with left the city to do great ministry, etc. Saturday morning, I met with a woman in my church who had been praying the exact same prayer! The Lord provides! Also, we need each other.
