Great weekend running with @cheshirerunner reccing the Southern Upland Way for August 212 mile race @UGB200 Lot of fun, pretty chilly at times but also very pretty trails. Top team work to do 45 miles over 2 days, good test of kit & navigation & 🍺😀 @ukrunchat @UTSRunClub
