Focus on developing the discipline to stick to your trading plan. Everything else is noise.

We don’t meditate to feel good. We meditate to be comfortable with whatever we face, & whatever arises. - Headspace Irrational & impulsive trading decisions usually come from uncomfortable feelings such as anxiety & impatience. Don’t underestimate the power of meditation.

Trading based on how you feel rarely ends well. Your predefined rules protect you from impulsive and irrational decisions. Trade your strategy, not your feelings.

You won’t develop the skill of discipline and patience out of thin air. Do whatever it takes in and outside of trading to get this right.

Regardless if you’re in profit or drawdown, do not attach your mood to the performance of your trades. Stay neutral and focus on the bigger picture. ☑️Sticking to your trading plan. ☑️Tracking your trading performance over a series of trades. ☑️Managing your risk.
