I like Kelly, but she's off on a number of points here.
1, that's not an "officer" - it's an ICE Agent. ICE agents only have arrest powers for violations of immigration law. They do not have arrest powers for general criminal activity.
2, the lady didn't "floor it". The pedal went to the medal after the ICE agent - who placed HIMSELF in front of the vehicle and had ample time to get out of the way, shot her in the head point blank after he and his buddies illegally attempted to enter her vehicle, and her body involuntarily stiffened which caused her to depress the accelerator
If the conservative position is (rightly) that one has a right to flee the scene of a violent incident (rioters surrounding cars), then one must also accept that ICE agents acting extralegally deserve the same treatment.
Instead, Kelly advocates for, after getting out of the vehicle, also offering to lick clean the boot of the ICE agent with one's tongue. Hard pass.
