My dudes keep me going, all day everyday. My last 5K was a 29+ minute finish. They challenged me to do it in 25 today. When I balked they used my own tactics back at me. Kids are a mirror of you. I didn't make 25 min but I did get 26:30, my best time since I was in my 20's.

Be the biggest fan of the people you care about. Defend them. Keep the hope alive. Make them look good. Catch them when they fall. Be there when they need you. Root for them unconditionally.

@stuart_oliver I usually go up 70 and then come back toward Golden but both 70 and 6 were a traffic disaster. I went up HW 6 a few minutes past the 3rd tunnel and found a pull-off. It sounds like the whole canyon is fishing well right now.

Found some beautiful browns in Clear Creek this weekend. Lots of activity both above and below the surface. The hopper droppers were on fire Saturday.

My 12 yr old hiked 3 14,000ft mountains (14ers) in 3 days this weekend. That's more than most people do in a lifetime. Proud of that lil dude.
