An exciting supportive session with our IENs. Nice to hear that people are settling in well, learning and adapting at pace. As an IEN joining in super specialty like forensic psychiatry is challenging but good to see people thriving with support. Some of the challenges include accent issues, etc. good to see mentorship support and people taking clinical supervision.
