Bank in Bayelsa State After Mistakenly Transferring N100,000 to Unknown Account, Accuses Bank of Refusing to Revert the Money Despite Court Order as They Requested Earlier
According to her, she mistakenly transferred money to an unknown account. Immediately after completing the transaction, she rushed to a UBA bank branch, where officials confirmed that the money had already been credited to the recipient's account.
However, she was informed that the account had been inactive for a long time. She was then advised to obtain a court order to proceed with any possible recovery. After securing the court order and returning to the bank, she was told that nothing further could be done, as the funds had already been moved out of the account, as she claims
