This is a great depiction of how spiraling feels like. The bubbles serve to represent your thoughts and caine popping them is him trying to quell his mind of unwanted thoughts but the more he tries to shut them up and think positive the more that appear #TADC

This is what being neurodivergent from age 6 to 20 felt like. It’s like you want to be part of something and be celebrated yet you fundamentally feel something missing and you’ll never fix it.
