@kyhighs Meade was in the 17th District and 5th Region for a long time before moving to the 3rd. There are some old rivalries in there. The Fort Knox thing makes no sense other than to avoid the larger schools of North, Central, and John Hardin.

Meade County has asked to move from Third Region to Fifth Region, and Fort Knox has asked to move from Fifth Region to Third Region. Won't happen today, but will be considered in the fall.
