The biggest mistake I made as an entrepreneur was thinking product-first: I wasted years building apps that made $0. Instead, do this: 1. Pick a problem 2. Build a feature to solve it 3. Write a headline to sell it 4. Add a buy button 5. Share it Validate your ideas ASAP. You'll get profitable 10x faster!
