@ruthannnz28 had to decrease my salt and caffeine which contributes to the problem

@ruthannnz28 saw Julian DX meniers. He said this condition comes and goes. No rhyme or reason. I'm ok at the moment.

@ruthannnz28 really bad for 2 days. Then just unstable for about 3 weeks. Left ear pressure and couldn't hear properly.

@ruthannnz28 about 6 months ago got off pilates machine and room was spinning, throwing up. MD gave nausea meds. Dx= B9 positional vertigo.

@ruthannnz28 FYI I'm still searching for a vertigo cure myself. Just ordered a dvd on chiropractic technique to fix vertigo. Hope it works!

@ruthannnz28 Google the symptoms of meniers. By the way does your neck hurt? Maybe a chiropractic problem. Let me know how you get on.

@ruthannnz28 again. .... I'm not an expert. Just done allot of research for myself. Full sensation and ringing are 2 signs of meniers

@ruthannnz28 do you have ringing in your ears or a clogged/blocked ear sensation?

@ruthannnz28 I remember Julian saying head trauma could cause vertigo. Have u been to the GP?

@ruthannnz28 have you tried anti nausea tablets?

@ruthannnz28 if you were unwell before or started it may be viral

@ruthannnz28 I'm not an expert but I think eplys only works when the dislodged granules are in the wrong canal (positional)
