Working on the cover of this Poetry Collection with @chisalinto again was such an experience I will never take for granted. I quite literally ran to her mumbling the ideas in my head, seeking to make them all into one cohesive image and we brought that to life together🫶🏽

The closest a designer gets to gambling

Told my friends I no longer want to keep streaks mostly based off my theory on the illusion of constant access sometimes reducing quality of friendship. So far, 4 friends have called me today and I think this is the life I want. Yesterday, my best friend asked “How do I know what’s going on with you now?” Me: You ask me and I’ll tell you. Curious to see how this all plays out btw because I’ve been a streaker for over 3 years. All this to say, call your friends and actually deeply catch up more often. Ciao!

For the creatives who feel like they are floating and need help, i’m going to be strict with you this month with assignments that should help. You have till Jan 8th to create or update your portfolio/catalog. This can be a website or simply a PDF you add to your linktree. For PDF, 1st page should be an introduction page. Then a table of contents. The order should be your top commissions (specify company or individual) , then personal work, then contact page for yourself or rep. For website, i’ll link some examples below. Please comment the link by the 8th and I will review it
