Now I'm going to tell you what has occurred to American investors as the result of premeditated and provable racketeering as the result of what I believe is a short position built over years, every spark of liquidity being shorted into by ruthless criminals and market dominance.

was on the money. Three months and all my rights were violated because of my X involvement with $IDGC and it was threatening somebody's pocket if the bid didn't disappear and complete the cellarbox undoubtedly and Russian hackers were hired from Russian securities offenders....

For the last three months I have been hacked. My personal privacy being met by my family's naked pictures and private papers being put into my phone and my wife's pictures in her lingerie and my son's naked baby pics posted immediately on instagram with a warning.

I learned from several different clients that the purpose of hiring promoters is to drive liquidity to simply short into. And that toxic notes were simply insurance policies to cover short positions if they survived. I was distraught and pissed off that innovation was destroyed.

I am at the library so I have to leave out 34 years of involvement in the market and have a feeling a movie will be made about my recent business model which is mitigating small companies from the risk of illegal short selling. And that's how I decided to help Mr. Dufort.

I have been director, CEO, IR, Consultant and involved in many companies since. I became a certified master of securities schemes by default and would turn down billion dollar opportunities. Yes, Many of my partners became billionaires while I took another route. I stayed honest.

As I sit writing to you investors who pursue innovation and assume the risk involved in putting your hard earned dollars in small companies unfortunately some are betting and dominating the market in some for years, slowly shorting into 90% of the perceived buying volume. Not so.

I myself have run numerous innovative public companies in my 20's and was involved in several green technology companies and ran 3 internet companies, one of which was an acquisition of DVDMarketplace.com, whose developers were responsible for the marketplace platform first.

Nevertheless I learned that this individual was a well organized stock manipulator and I took notes. The thought of the suicides, broken families, lost 401ks and the MO behind the need for liquidity being for the wrong reason pissed me off and gave me an education in empathy.

Now that you know my background and I could tell you all kind of trials and tribulations that would be exciting and scary after 34 straight years of proudly helping small corporations become successful while some become the victim of cash constraints I did find myself learning.

I worked for a firm ran by a Eastern European man who I thought was a legitimate success. I met many individuals from across the globe and found myself having a passion for placing stock to very sophisticated and wealthy individuals. Some of these gentlemen are now Billionaires.

I have known Sebastian Dufort for several years now. He's a great guy who loves his wife and kids and shares a passion for the markets. I was very interested in $IDGC owned Noveda Technologies Inc. which was modestly successful at growing its energy saving technology and clients.
