@sorsoup @AllusionistShow @lottelydia I have seen only one legal attempt to hold the British troops to account -- the Batang Kali case. It was thrown out of court in the UK and then the EU Human Rights court.

@AllusionistShow @chiyin_sim @lottelydia Were there any challenges to the claim that they didn't come under the Geneva Convention doctrines because it was a state of emergency not a war? I guess someone could have argued that it was really a war so the convention applied despite what the British authorities called it.
