And changing the rule part way through the accounting period raises real questions. I’ll be taking this up with the EFL and the new regulator. They are also out right lying to me and preventing me taking this further. £416 of my money they have admitted was incorrectly taken and 2 months later it has still not been returned to me. I personally know someone else they have done this to so it’s not uncommon.
