@pureangelsimp naw, some shots are really hard for seemingly no reason. I spent more time animating those sleeves than I did on all the background characters combined. All that work, so you wouldnt notice them, and instead look at the faces

@chompotron Good you were able to animate this shot perfectly! General question - Isn’t anime in general a nightmare to animate?

@MGQueen13 1. I had to redraw a lot of Legoshis shadows in AE 2. That shirt was meant for cloth sim, so it didnt fit him/didnt have many anim controls. When the cloth sim didnt work (the sleeves crumpled up into the armpits) I had to kind of...re-model/re-rig the shirt for just this shot

@chompotron Was it because of the multiple different cheers going on especially Voss jumping around?

@Octopimp I had to redraw half of the shadows per frame, I had to remodel the entire torso, and the only animation tools available for those sleeves was cloth sim (which wanted to invert the sleeves in on themselves)

@chompotron Why was it so challenging?
