Are we ready for news and break out over 200? We tested it a few times today and flagged the entire day. It is a clean break out and while the entire market was dipping ORCL held the trendline it broke out of today. I feel it's a good spot to add onto here and have a clear and strict SL on the play. Price above is 204 and one that breaks 215 comes in fast. Short-Mid term target remains at 250 but if Blackrock investment helps ORCL in way or form we can see that target hit end of May.
