Another fixture change … “placing an unacceptable strain on supporters, forcing fans to absorb significant additional travel costs, rearrange work and family commitments…” #EFC fans want more “consideration” from PL and TV.
EFC_FanAdvisoryBoard@EFC_FanAdvisory

FAB statement about the re-scheduling of fixtures and our call for meaningful consideration to be given to fans by the PL and broadcasters, and for robust Club support on behalf of its fans.

🚨🚨NETANYAHU'S POLICE INTERROGATION TAPES JUST LEAKED AND THEY REVEAL HE PERSONALLY FUNDED HAMAS. THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING.🚨🚨 1,000 hours of secret police interrogation footage of Benjamin Netanyahu. Now public. Banned in Israel. Going viral globally. Here's what's on those tapes: 💀 Netanyahu personally arranged for Hamas to receive $35,000,000 EVERY MONTH from Qatar 💀 This was done IN SUITCASES OF CASH — because even banks refused to cooperate 💀 He personally begged Qatar, a country with no ties to Israel, to give money to his "enemy" 💀 He was doing this while ACTIVELY under corruption investigation 💀 His own words: "under the request of Benjamin Netanyahu personally" 💀 Total transferred to Hamas with his blessing: OVER $1,000,000,000 Let that sink in. The same man who stood up after October 7 and declared "Hamas is a monster, we will annihilate them" was the one keeping Hamas alive with suitcases of Qatari cash. ⚠️ His strategy, from his own transcript: keep Hamas in Gaza, keep Fatah in the West Bank, PREVENT them from uniting — so there would NEVER be a Palestinian state ⚠️ Without a Palestinian state, Netanyahu stays in power — no peace deal means endless war means he stays "Mr. Security" ⚠️ He needed Hamas to survive so he could keep winning elections by being the only man who could "handle" them Now watch what this means: → Netanyahu funds Hamas for years → Hamas grows stronger → October 7 happens → Netanyahu declares war → 46,000+ Palestinians die → War delays his criminal trial → He seeks a pardon → The monster he fed attacked his own people → And he's using that attack to escape justice The corruption trial? 3 charges. Bribery. Fraud. Breach of trust. His court just REJECTED his request to delay hearings — TWICE in one day. The ICC issued an arrest warrant for him for war crimes in Gaza. His own aide was arrested for taking Qatari money. And now his police interrogation tapes show he was the one sending Qatari money to Hamas. The same Qatar he "hates." The same Hamas he "fights." ⚠️ He publicly called Hamas the enemy ⚠️ He privately funded them for years ⚠️ His bombing of Gaza kills tens of thousands ⚠️ His war delays his own criminal conviction This isn't a war on terror. This is a man running out the clock on his own criminal case using 46,000 Palestinian lives as cover. And the world is just starting to understand it.

NEW | Swedish billionaire Roger Akelius pledges 800 million Swedish kronor (around $75 million) to support the construction of schools in Gaza, in what is considered one of the largest personal donations to the Strip. The contribution, expected to be implemented through UNICEF, could help build nearly 400 schools amid the ongoing destruction of Gaza’s education sector. Akelius, known for his outspoken support for Palestinians, has previously condemned Israel’s genocide in Gaza as “horrific” and voiced strong criticism of its policies, while also making earlier donations to humanitarian efforts in the besieged enclave.

PLANNING PERMISSION RECEIVED 🤝🏻 We’re proud to have secured planning permission for our new community head office building. It will replace the old clubhouse and changing rooms, which hold so much history for the club. The new facility will provide a welcoming, inclusive space open to all, supporting a range of community groups, from activities for younger children to social gatherings designed to bring people together and help tackle loneliness. The inclusion of a new kitchen will support our ambition to provide food and drink facilities around the ground, enhancing the matchday experience for all supporters. In addition, the building will offer dedicated workspace for our full-time staff, whose contributions are vital to the club’s success. - Paul Knott, CEO

SOUTH WEST WATER TURNS DEVON INTO A TOILET 37 years after privatisation, the great British seaside now comes with a swim, a rash, and a small prayer that the dog does not come back glowing. Last year there were nearly 15,000 illegal sewage spills on dry days across England, with @SouthWestWater managing more than 4,300 of them on its own. Quite the achievement. Some firms build legacies. These lot build faecal weather systems. Then comes the usual corporate lullaby about “investment” and “improvement”, which is always touching from companies that have treated rivers and beaches like a giant open sewer. @Channel4 "Dirty Business" barely needed dramatisation. It simply reported the old British tradition of regulators napping, executives cashing in, and the public being used as unpaid test strips for human waste. The series is based on real whistleblowers, campaigners and victims, including Heather Preen, the eight-year-old who died after contracting E. coli linked to contaminated seawater in Devon. At this point, fines are not punishment. They are just a subscription fee for poisoning the coast. Prison is the only deterrent left, because shame clearly floated out to sea years ago. Source: The Sunday Times, March 22, 2026, Chris Haslam, @dromomaniac “Water companies are ruining our seaside: prison is the only deterrent”. @TransparencyTF

Trent Alexander-Arnold plays right-back for Real Madrid. Started home and away against Manchester City. He won the Premier League and Champions League at right-back with Liverpool. He’s used to dealing with pressure. He’s taken a decisive tournament penalty. He’s played in the World Cup before. He has occasional defensive deficiencies but he brings a long-range passing skill that few possess. Are England that blessed at right-back that they don’t need Alexander-Arnold? That he isn’t amongst the best 30 outfield players available to Thomas Tuchel?

In 1951, a 66 year old Swedish farmer named Gustaf Håkansson decided he wanted to compete in Sweden’s toughest cycling race, the Sverigeloppet, a grueling 1,764 kilometer event that stretched across the country. Race organizers refused to let him join. They believed he was simply too old to handle the physical demands of such an exhausting competition. But Håkansson had no intention of turning back. Instead of giving up, he lined up anyway and rode the entire route unofficially. While the official racers stopped to rest and sleep along the way, Håkansson kept pedaling. He rode through the night with a small headlamp on his bicycle, often cycling for days with barely any sleep. His determination quickly turned him into a sensation among spectators, who began calling him “Stålfarfar,” meaning “Steel Grandpa.” By the time the race ended, something remarkable had happened. The man who had been rejected for being too old had reached the finish line ahead of every single official competitor. Though his ride did not count in the official standings, his achievement captured national attention and turned him into a folk hero in Sweden. What began as a refusal ended as one of the most memorable endurance stories in cycling history. #drthehistories
