It's the most wonderful time of the year... Seriously, this would be a lot easier if there were a few more than 21 schedules released with under 100 days to go until the beginning of the 2026 NCAA WoSo season.

@MTSmith78 Would guess a lot of those schools/conferences front load a lot of their home games in the Fall or back load to April/May. If this is somehow a success, I would guess the women will change too at some point.

@chris_awk How are schools here in the North East going to manage Syracuse/Rutgers in Feb/March how do they cope If the men can do it, why can’t the women also do it

This is going to open a massive can of worms regarding other sports and scheduling. I can imagine baseball and softball wondering "if men's soccer can go multi-semester, why can't we?"

On a happier note, we're officially three months from the beginning of the 2026 NCAA WoSo season on Wednesday, August 12.

In grosser news, another rule change says teams can now have multiple sponsor logos painted onto the pitch as well.

Noles also signed Olivia Page from Kansas in this window. FSU also has a few strong transfers that haven't been announced yet, in a busy month for them.

Florida State has signed forward Samantha Erbach from Xavier. Was my top May entrant into the portal to this point.

Ava Priest to UCLA from Colorado as one of the biggest transfers in the May window announced publicly so far. Likely will finish as a Top 5 addition from the May window when all is said and done.
