You’ll struggle to find a better man in football than Gav, seeing comments that he ‘brings nothing’, he’s been the absolute engine room of that club and changing room in the good and the bad times. Proper football man but also a proper decent man

Not been much mention of Gavin Skelton in all the discussion of yesterday's news, so this deserves to be said: you won't find a more decent man in football, nor one with such pride at working for #cufc. These things should always matter. I hope his next move is a successful one.

I feel extremely fortunate for what I’ve experienced in my career and I’ll never forget the play off semis and that day at Wembley, but for now I need to be more present at home and enjoy some proper family time 💙

It’s been a privilege for to me to do this job and one that I dreamt of having since I started in football, but ultimately it’s a job which demands all of your time and attention, taking it away from my young family and has resulted in missing so much with my kids so far. 2/3

As the season ends so does my time as Head Physio at @officialcufc . This was an incredibly difficult decision for me to make and i’m going to miss the job and everything that comes with it massively, but it’s one that had to be made for the sake of my family. 1/3
