Been a busy week down at the KBO @official_FGFC Pitch has had some much needed tlc. Pro cored to open up the surface down. Top dressed with 70/30 sandy loam in all problem areas. Seeded and fertilized with 6-9-6. Extra sprinkler/hose purchased to go with our existing irrigation

Well, that's a wrap down the KBO for another year. 10th season as head Groundsman and I can safely say the hardest out of the lot. Self doubt creeped in but we grafted on and managed to get through the season. Never got the pitch as I know it can be ............

Myself and old boy Ken worked tirelessly to try and get the pitch reasonably playable throughout the season without the old fossil I wouldn't have been able to get games on. Re set needed this summer then go again next season. #upthefrimmers
