The Labour government recently awarded a taxpayer funded contract award of £240million to Palantir - a surveillance US tech company and client of the lobbying firm founded by Peter Mandelson.
Keir Starmer visited Palantir in Washington in February 2025. His visit was arranged by Peter Mandelson - Britain’s then Ambassador to the United States.
This visit was not initially included in Keir Starmer’s official published register of the Prime Minister’s meetings for January to March 2025.
In December 2025, Palantir won a three-year Ministry of Defence contract worth £240m to ‘modernise defence’ by providing data analytics capabilities.
