Kill them with kindness- yes. That’s for people in a bad mood. You can’t kill evil with kindness. -Steer clear of addictions and substances so you can maintain discernment. Train in JIU JITSU, Muay Thai or other striking and self defense marksmanship. Once a month is better than nothing. Stop believing it is rude, racist, or phobic to avoid people that look, sound, or feel threatening. You can literally walk away from most attacks, problems and scams, before they ever happen

Be honest with yourself. I’m stressed out, I’m smoked, my cardio is shot- I’ve been coping with it instead of attacking it. Eating shitty, staying up too late, reacting to people too much, procrastinating, not breathing- just putting my head down and ‘getting through it.’ I felt this in the past and it didn’t feel good. As soon as you recognize this feeling- get your ass up and get your routine back. Wake up, drink some water, get some sun, walk, breathe, eat with the family, coffee- get to work- do your day - train/workout Have an evening routine too. Breathe down the nervous system before bed. The one thing you can keep in common no matter how you feel, bad or good- is prayer. Always pray and stay home with God. No matter where you’re at with whatever the thing is you’re doing- ‘It’s just the beginning.’ The day it’s time to go I will tell myself the same thing. ‘It’s just the beginning.’

The danger isn’t just the toxic ideologies, it’s the delivery vehicle. Phones and screens are how layers of algorithms rewire our kids. TikTok, games, endless scroll, all pushing ideologies of consumerism, hyper-sexualization, social division/social issues, identity confusion, and rage culture. A 16-year-old TikTok account for example is nothing like a 13-year-old’s. If your child has DM access, they likely lied about their age. Unchecked, kids grow into adults whose perceived reality is built by algorithms - not by real life around them. Parents: delete the apps or lock them down. Be firm, even when kids say “unfair.” Most parents aren’t doing it… and that’s why the payload keeps hitting. Unfortunately many of the ‘adults’ that are now parents, are also victims of engineered beliefs also and now it’s generational. The payload in the algorithms & targeted content. The delivery vehicle is the phone. A plane with no bombs can’t drop a payload. Control the delivery vehicle. Protect your kids before you have to think ‘how did this happen?’

Breathe, meditate, practice breath-work. As your mind settles and you hit the right frequency….. pray. Connection with God is better without all the noise. Pray Gratitude for all your blessings, but also the struggles, trials and tribulations that God puts you through to strengthen you for the purpose he needs you for. Pray protection and growth for your friends, family , employees & businesses. Gain resources to good and help more people in a world that’s moving too fast for our health and intelligence. Try it and watch. Things will happen. ✝️⚔️
