Made in America 🇺🇸hats update
aka bootstrapping a manufacturing business is hard:
In November, I bought the cheapest sewing machine and started learning how to make a hat
I have 3-4 hat patterns that I rock with
I have a logo, some patches and woven labels in the works
But now I'm in a holding pattern.
My hats are good-ish but not professional
I need to purchase a double needle machine in order to make it legit (used for seam tape)
The money to buy that machine is tied up in my home that we are currently selling
The market is slow, like real slow
On top of that I'm trying to get Dad Life to a point of sustainability which also needs more cash
Once we move and get settled I will buy that double needle machine and get rocking
