Another win for @AmericanAir. Seatback USB and power outlets broken at my seat and my wife’s. Everyone else seems to be plugged in and working fine. No blue light in our USB ports or green lights on our outlets up front in J. And, of course, it happens on a long flight. 😢

Dear @AmericanAir please figure out whatever is going on at Miami International Airport that has caused my flight from Miami to Austin to be delayed 4 times and moved gates 3 times. I was supposed to leave at 1230 eastern and now am scheduled to leave 5.

I had 4 more scheduled flights with @AmericanAir before i switch fully to @Delta My 7 am flight is now delayed until 4pm. This is due to a hydraulic leak which was found and a part on route within an hour. I cannot wait to be done with this company. Your CEO has got to go.
