@centurionrunner Hi, I was at the Running Show on Saturday and was given a leaflet with a QR code as I was interested in purchasing some Prodigio Pro trail shoes. When I use the link it only gives me 10% but the leaflet says 20%, am I missing something? Thanks

@RoyalMail how can 2 letters be sent via 24 hour tracked on Monday (I have the receipt), one take 50 hours to ve delivered and the other still not marked as receieved?

How is it that a keeper can only hold the ball for 6-8 seconds but Brentford can take 25-30 to take a throw in?

@CooperativeBank Hi Sammie. Your bereavement team already have a copy of the death certificate and deemed it good enough to then pay out funeral expenses from the account. When calling up (when i have the grant of probate) to make an appointment i will let them know you have the DC already

@chriskettle3 An appointment would need to be arranged for you in branch, which I can book for you via DM. Or you can register the bereavement via email. We'll need to see a certified copy of your father's death certificate & your ID. A DM isn't limited by character restriction. - Sammie

@CooperativeBank Hi, having now been granted probate (awaiting paperwork through the post) what other documents do i need to show in branch in order to transfer funds from my late fathers account?

@CooperativeBank Hi Sammie, this just needs a generic response of what documentation is required in branch when the grant of probate is with me. A DM suggests you somehow want to verify me which isnt necessary
