New publication: Using #ALSPAC data, we studied longitudinal effects of movement behaviour patterns across adolescence.
Maximal movement at age 12 reduces depressive symptom risk at age 22, even for those whose movement later declines! 🏃♂️

Using #BeeWell data, we uncovered links between social media use, ethnicity, deprivation and adolescent health behaviours. In turn, teens with the healthiest lifestyles have the highest wellbeing!
